By accessing this website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the Company’s relationship with you. Company Agreement:
To uphold business ethics and ensure customer satisfaction, our aim is to establish contracts based on mutual respect and the quality of our products. We prioritize meeting customer needs while maintaining flexibility in our operations.
Special Requirements:
At AAFix Malaysia, we value customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are committed to accommodating any special requirements specified by customers prior to order confirmation.
Asking Prices:
We employ lean production methods to offer sustainable and competitive prices. While we strive to keep prices at a minimum, unforeseen economic circumstances may necessitate price adjustments, which will be communicated to customers with prior notice.
Minimum Orders:
To streamline our operations and provide cost-effective delivery and quality assurance, we require a minimum order value of $500.
Payment Terms:
Payment conditions are tailored to individual clienteles. An advance payment of 50% of the order value is required, with the remaining balance due post-delivery within 30-90 days, depending on agreed terms.
Filing Claim:
In the event of loss or damage, customers must file a claim with us and our designated agent within 5 working days of receipt. We assure diligence and will address claims promptly.
Returns & Technical Support:
Returns must be authorized by contacting our team and shipped within 21 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior notice. Returned goods will be inspected before credit issuance. Our team provides technical support and ensures reliable solutions to any issues encountered.
